For anyone who has an iPhone, iTouch, or Android phone, I just came across one of the coolest apps ever, called CauseWorld. Basically, it’s just a tool sponsored by CitiBank which allows you to collect “karmas” (see below for explanation) and donate them to a cause of your choosing. Super easy way to make a big difference in someone’s life.

In order to understand the following steps, you should probably download the app first to make it easier on yourself.
- Open the app every time you’re standing outside of a store.
- “Check in” to the store you’re standing outside of (or a store that you’re standing near to, your built-in GPS will locate both) and “karmas” will be collected.
- Donate your “karmas” to one of the causes supported by CauseWorld.
- Link your CauseWorld to your Twitter or Facebook account, spread the word, and get others involved!
